Is there a way to see what wi-fi network your device is connected to quickly?

I would love it if Control Center had the ability to list the active wifi network and/or the ability to change it form there.

If anyone has a thought on this, I would greatly appreciate it. I ask because I often use Xfinity wi-fi while I am out, but when I get home, I would prefer to use my home wi-fi. Both are available when I am in my house (although Xfinity is quite weak), but my iPhone and iPad never switches to the stronger wi-fi connection.

Thanks in advance!

You can only do that from settings. From
control center you can just disable and enable WiFi (which might be enough to get it to drop a weaker connection and connect to a stronger one).

It would be far easier if you could press and hold the wifi button and have a menu come up to show the active network and allow you to change fro that screen.

Sure, perhaps some more enhancements will be made in future iOS updates.

You dont mention which model iPhone you have but if you have 3D touch on your phone then you can 3D Touch on the settings icon and choose Wifi from the menu which shows to get there a bit quicker.

Yeah could be handy. Maybe they could replace the mobile network name "EE"/"O2 - UK" etc... with the name of the connected wifi network when on wifi. It's not like the name of the mobile network changes often without swapping the SIM...
