Hey all,

So this does work - you can do a wi-fi sync when your teathered to your mac through personal hotspot. My question is, does it burn into your bandwith that you purchase service provider, in my case, Bell. I have a limit of 6 gigs/month after which I pay $0.10/Mb - so I'd only get one sync in if this were the case.

Thanking you in advance,
Trevor

Wi Fi sync means is local, it's not going out over the internet. You should be fine.

Your provider measures how much data you use by what actually gets transferred on there network so it has to at least reach the cell tower to get counted.
