Wi Fi Syncing

I have an iphone 4 and a "black mac". I have updated to itunes 10.5 and my phone is now updated to iOS 5, however I cant wi fi sync?? Yes I know you need to plug it into power etc.....

In itunes there is no "Sync this device over wi fi" under my device, summary, options menu.... no matter what I do, that "one click" box just doesnt seem to exist... AAARRRGGGHHH!

Please help, its driving me F%^king crazy!!!
