Widget to organize iPhone home screen

Not sure if this site has been posted already but i just found this widget that helps organize your iPhone home screen.

Looked through the video, it has some cool features. What is the primary point of this? This can't actually change the order of icons on the iPhone, can it?

I've been at work so I haven't had a chance to really check it out. I was told it had a sync with iTunes feature. Hope this really is what everyones been wanting. Apple seriously needs to have some kind a App organization feature built into iTunes.
