In my opinion, widget feature on iOS 14 is a very useful feature. You can see important information on your home screen without open app.

I think Apple did it better than Android widgets, because Apple has some restriction to developer, so iOS widgets won't consume a lot of battery or reduce phone performance.

More accurate now. Wow, that widget app is hardly "elegant". It looks more kindergarten-esque, IMO.
