Widgetize Website (HELP PLEASE)

I have been trying,, but i have no idea how to turn a website (this one in particular: http://xml.afl.com.au/swf/live_stats.htm?gameID= ) into a widget. Using the Safari thing doesn't work because it is too big, and i want to add an XY scroll feature to it.

Help please.

Please i really want to turn the page (or more specifically, the constantly updating flash) into a widget with scroll bars. please, can't anybody help?

Using the Safari Webclip button worked perfectly for me

I know that, but i would like it to have Scroll bars as it is too big to fit in with my other widgets.

maybe make a webclip of the html version at http://livescores.afl.com.au/all-matches.html. BTW: go lions!

My webclip has frozen. It seems it will do that whenever the round changes. Also, dloading the .swf and running it in flash player doesnt work either.
