Im getting extremely aggrivated...
I love my MBP and all, but the QC is really unacceptable.
Heat
Whine
Broken inverter
Busted HDD
Warped screen (screen replaced, now its misaligned!)
Busted keyboard
And now...
Didn't even know about the AP update because AP wont work!
Pressure, It has been in for heat issues twice. First time they replaced the heatsink and keyboard (forgot to add that, the arrow keys didn't work originally )
Second time they replaced the heatsink, inverter, HDD (they wont tell me why), and upper case (which is now misaligned)
Sorry to dissapoint, but at the rate my MBP is going I just may change my name to iKingsly.
I am going to complain, but I worry because I have always gotten a pretty good response from AppleCare, but not such a good response from Genius bars... the problem is that I'm beyond my 90 day phone support and refuse to give Apple money to fix THIER mistake.
