Hi,
Basically, since upgrading to iOS 5 on my iPhone 4 16GB, i have a wierd problem in relation to music syncing to it with iTunes 10.5.
I sync my iPhone 4 with my Windows 6 machine running iTunes 10.5, and I have itunes setup to sync only a playlist called "My Playlist" containing ~1,700 songs.
Before i upgraded to iOS 5, this worked fine, and any new songs that i added to the playlist would go to my phone upon a sync. However, when I sync my phone at the moment, iTunes does its normal syncing business, but all my music of wiped from my phone, however iTunes still shows that there is 7gb of music on the phone, but the phone shows nothing on it. The only way to get them back on is to re-sync the phone with the playlist unticked to sync, and then again with the playlist ticked.
Is this a bug in iTunes 10.5/iOS 5, has anybody else experienced this problem?
I have the option to downgrade all songs to 128kbps to transfer ticked, if that could be causing the problem?
