OK so i will just be doing whatever on my computer and it will sound real quiet...then it will begin to get louder and louder and louder liek a fan is just going hmmmmmm...then it dies back down...is it just getting overheated so it is cooling down or what?

Ok well what are you doing when the fans start and then suddenly stop? Like are you working in iMovie when the fans are really loud and then quiting and the fans stopping?
Yeah most likely just leave it, if it gets worse and you can feel it getting really hot just call Applecare.
