wifi, 3g, and edge not working?!

I dont understand whats going on with my phone, the wifi icon is on then when i go to safari it switches ti 3g then straight away to the little blue circle. ive restored and still the same problem... does anyway have any ideas?

and how can i change the carrier name back from my name using (MIM) to the 02? does it involve jailbreaking again?

When you restored did you restore from a backup or set up the phone as a new phone? With MIM just type in your normal carrier.

If there's a problem with the phone then restoring from a back up won't fix the problem since it puts the same thing back on the phone. Backup your contacts to your computer and set up the phone as a new phone. Make It Mine is the carrier change app.

When your iphone is connected to itunes you should have the option to sync your contact list with outlook so you can merge your iphone contacts into outlook. I'm not 100% sure of the process since I use a Mac but I'm sure it's similar. I just searched Cydia and make it mine is there. Make sure Cydia is updated.

yeah i found it. after i have sync'd them with outlook what should i do now, just restore? then sync my apps again? my options for contacts are yahoo address book, windows address book and google contacts.

Try this for your contacts. In OSX it gives you the option to merge contacts I would assume windows would have the same option but I'm not sure.
