Hello

Sometimes I share my mobile data connection with my ipad. the problem is that the ipad download in a few minutes thousands of mbs althought i just only visit a few newspaper pages. I think ist´s anormal.

I would like to know what is happening. is there any app to know how i spend that amount of data(in which app)?

Secondly i think that the problem is because i've got enable "Actualizacion en segundo plano"(the english translation would be sth like "background update") but i´ve got only enable one app "PDF MArkup". I completely disabled this option last Monday. Now i´m waiting till thursday to have again data in my mobile to test but i would like to know if there is sth that i would check before share my mobile data connection to my ipad.

My ipad version es ios 9.3.4

Best regards,

Borja

You can check Settings > Cellular (or Mobile) and scroll down to see how much cellular/mobile data different apps/services are using (and you can reset it so that you can track it from that point too).

Are you talking about app updates from the App Store downloading and updating automatically? You should be able to turn off automatic updates in settings.

Yes I disabled it but I would like to know if it is possible to disable for some wifi networks. in my case i don´t want to automatically download any update when i ´m connected using the share wifi of my mobile but when i´m using my home wifi i would like to automatically download the updates.

Thank you,
