Has Apple removed the ability to sync the iphone on wifi?

it does not show up except when connecting it to the mac via usb c.
 
Stupid question: have you checked this box while it connected by USB-C?

yes, it was not there where it was before.

BUT: aber a while it showed up again, dont know what was the problem.
