WiFi blocked by IOMega hard drives

so the way I have my setup is that if I align my Mac Mini with the external hard drives, apparently the WiFi signal gets blocked. Is the WiFi antenna on the left-side on the Mini? In order to not have this problem I have to stagger the hard drive stack and Mini.
