Not sure if this is a bug in El Capitan or something with my MacBook Air, but I may have discovered a bug with the WiFi. Whenever I'm plugged into power and walk away from the laptop for a bit and then come back to wake it, websites never load or do so very slowly in Safari. Once I disable WiFi and reenable it, they load normally once again. The reason I think it has to do with being plugged into the wall is because it doesn't happen when I'm not plugged in.

Anyone else experience this?
