I have virtually no ATT cell signal in my office (where I'm at all day) and was wondering if it's possible to make wifi calls.

I haven't seen any service by at&t or option in the iPhone to enable wifi calling. There may be methods through Jailbreaking thought but I don't JB so I don't really know.

Also maybe the skype app runs calls through wifi? or maybe some other app might do that.

Hopefully someone else will chime in to help.

Seems like iCall is the answer, but it burns my ass to have to pay ATT and for iCall, just so i can make a damn call.

Side note: I called ATT and they show they have good coverage in my area, just not in the building where I work.

Try Whistle Phone, it's free for calling any number in the USA, all you need is a wifi connection.

If you have a Google Voice account try Talkatone. It's awesome and lets you make calls with your Voice number over wifi.
