WIFI Connection

When in some places that have public wifi, the touch seems to connect to the wifi service. In Settings there are DNS IP addresses listed. However, when trying to pull up a web site, update email, or stocks (for example), the touch just keeps updating without ever finishing. Example is Barnes and Noble, but on the other hand Panera works just fine. Anything to do?

Some sites probably require that you open a web page first and agree to their demands before actually allowing you to use their free wifi.
