I use network flowing to play my iphone apps. Everything is good and normal. But when I use wifi, some programs which are always clean suddenly come up with advertisements. Not only my phone, but also my computer(alos use wifi)has displayed some ads on some programs which never appear.

It is highly unlikely that your Wi-Fi be affected by virus. In your case, I believe your Internet service provider (ISP) is pushing targeted ads. Also, at times due to certain restrictions (say, data speeds, throttling, etc), certain content which would otherwise load on a highspeed Internet or Wi-Fi, would not load on a cellular network's data.

Right, I will talk to the ISP. By the way, my 4G cellular network is much faster than my wifi..

4G cellular network, although at times faster, is still limited unlike our Wi-Fi (e.g. 5 GB vs 300 GB). Hence throttling is applied to save bulk data. You might observe that YouTube app too wouldn't play videos in 1080p by default over cellular networks.
