When I first wake the iPhone, i have full service.. then it connects to my wifi, instantly drops to two bars. Problem? It annoys the heck out of me cause i now have like no service in my room.

mine does the same thing. I think there are major wifi problems that they will work out with the first software update. I also had the battery charging problem. While charging with wifi on I left my phone plugged in overnight and it never showed fully charded (after over 8 hours). When I turned wifi off it charged faster and showed completely full.

No problem on mine. But if it makes you feel better, GSM is fine on two bars and darn decent even on one, unlike CDMA/TDMA.

That's funny you say that because I can't connect to EDGE or send text messages unless it is 4 bars (full). If there is 3 or less I can't connect to EDGE and sending text messages is very rare, where as my CDMA phone never had this problems with text and web unless it got down to one bar.

What I also find weird is that when I have one bar my phone refuses to make phone calls. it still has service but will not make phone calls. It says "Failed to connect" or something around that.
