Wifi Monitor app?

I am looking for a mac app by which i can monitor my wifi speed and connectivity issue, my wifi is behaving strange and i want to show it to the engineer how its working, which is not noticable, so i want a app which will shoe me everything and make a report

I went with WiFi Explorer. They have a trial.
