hi
since a few days i noticed, that my macbook pro (M1, 8g, 256G) has trouble with wifi networks. it connects to the wifi network, but no website will load, no ping is happening, traceroute is not working. the thing is, that it connects to the local network, i can print through wifi, but no internet.
i initially suspected that little snitch wasn't removed correctly, but i did remove every bit of little snitch, pref files, kext files, as the little snitch website recommends, but still, after waking from sleep, no internet.
if i connect through tethering (iphone 13 pro) than i do have internet.
i did try different wifi networks, the behaviour is the same, no website loading, i do have access to local network.
did somebody noticed this behaviour? i do have private relay turned on, but it doesn't make any difference if it's on or off, still no net, after waking from sleep.

I can’t delete my post, but i managed to resolve the issue, by deleting the wifi and readding it, in network settings. All seems fine now.

I had this problem recently, few days ago after upgrading from Mojave to Catalina, with some notes to consider:

1. I have a MBP retina mid 2012, which was working perfectly (for 3 years now, bought used)

2. The only remarkable issue with it was when I try to connect to web.whatsapp.com on Firefox it takes me to a scam page, no matter what updates I had it was not fixed. Safari solved this problem

3. After installing Catalina, all browsers would not connect to internet after a while, whether via wifi or mobile access point. Rebooting the computer will solve this for some time (may be hour(s)).

4. As regards deleting the wifi and re-adding it, I thought it was solved, but again it recurred the same day.

I'm frustrated. In some other threads, it was mentioned that Big Sur does not have this Catalina issue, but my computer is old and this is the final upgrade. Is it possible to revert back to Mojave?

Oh my dear Mojave .. I'm sorry .. I miss you ?

is it still working? because I had almost the same problem and did what you did (deleted the wifi and re-added it), but the problem came back shortly
