having a problem using pdanet. today i went to tether my iphone to my laptop, through pdanet but i couldn't connect. i don't think my iphone is recognizing the ad hoc network that i created on my laptop. i went into settings on my iphone and then into network, and wifi is on, the progress bar goes around but my iphone doesen't recognize the ad hoc network. i have an older version of pdanet, (v 1.33) and i just installed an update to the mobilesubstrate and voipover3g from cydia. i don't know if installing the updates is connected to my pdanet problems? one thing i did was run wifi tracker and i didn't find my ad hoc network from my laptop. i just am in the library and am actually using there wifi on my laptop, but my iphone isn't recognizing there wifi, i went into settings and it says wifi not connected, when i click on wifi the progress bar goes around for like 2 seconds and then nothing happens. any help would be appreciated.

I have bosspreffs installed. When I go into bosspreffs wifi is on but there is an n/a next to it. I don't want to have to restore, but maybe a restore is in order?any help?
