Thanks, I will have to check with the cable company on the router setupOnly restriction is each must have a unique IP address. If router is setup for DHCP to pass out IP's, this will be automatic.

I've got two Macs with two different Apple IDs on the same network, no problems. And there are others here that have even more Macs on the same network.
Apple IDs don't care what wifi it's on or wifi being shared. Example, go to any coffee shop and see how many MacBooks there sharing same wifi.

Probably not... If your router provides wifi, which I think it does based on what you said, it has to do DHCP for wifi clients. There is basically no other consumer level equipment choice, your devices would not work.Thanks, I will have to check with the cable company on the router setup
