iPhone Wifi signal and carrier signal keep lost

Hi,

I have iPhone 3GS, I upgraded to iOS 5.0.1 recently from 4.3.3. After upgrade, it keeps losing carrier signal and Wifi Signal. Not sure what went wrong.

I have resotred and jailbreak by iOS 5.0.1 using redSn0w and unlock ultraSn0w. BB (Model Firmware) is 06.15.00.
