I just jailbroke my 5s. I was using iFile from Cydia to download some files from the Dropbox. A 20mb file took over 10 minutes to download, when it's usually done in seconds. Could my WiFi have been messed up somehow during the jb or from a certain repo being added, etc.? I'm new to all this so I have no idea what is going on.

There's many speedtest apps.
You don't like speedtest.net?

I never get similar results. There are 2 Pittsburgh locations, where i'm from. the pgh location has different results then the 2nd pgh server. then as I go farther from pittsburgh, my speed tests seem to improve, some seem to good to be true.

Some servers might be congested and thus have poor results.
But I wouldn't obsess so much over speed tests or keep checking and testing all different locations.
How much speed you're getting and how much data you need to pull with your phone and for what app?
