I can't find the check box to turn on wifi sync in itunes. It is like it doesn't exist at all.

General

If you look General in Settings you'll see Wi-Fi sync. Ive got it setup but I can't get it to work. It can't find my Air.

Yeah, me too. It couldn't find my Air, although I have checked the box under iTunes menu when I sync my phone with my Air before that. The "sync now" prompts lights up on my iPhone settings, but just failing to locate my Air on the Wifi network. Weird.

It couldn't find my MBP until I closed iTunes and reopened. I had to keep iTunes open then my iPad and iPhone were visible in the device menu (left hand side)

I don't understand why they didn't make Wifi sync peer-to-peer like AirDrop is? Seems like it would have been far easier (for me at least, at uni with only an ethernet connection to the net)

That said i don't know too much about peer-to-peer wifi, but still
