I guess this question comes after the swirling of discussion about customers that are unhappy with the standard wifi model and want to have the 3G wireless optioon as well.

I've been using the iPad since day one and love it... Portable, good battery life and it's fun to use.

However, using on a campus wifi is a problem. It takes me 30 minutes to properly connect to the network and log in.I have to keep retrying and rebooting the machine for each class. So, I started to opt out of using the iPad for classes.

I want a 3g because of my frustrations with wifi. The laptop works fine but the wifi experience has been horrible. It's an internet machine, the iPad is.

So, how should I go about requesting an exchange?

I'm not trying to trade up... It's just that wifi has generally been unusable and it's been a month without a working fix to the issue.
