Wifi wont turn on at all for El Capitan

So I downloaded El CPitan 10.11.1 a few days ago without issue until saturday when I started experiencing wifi problems and slowness. So I tried to turn it off restart my machine and turn it back on but now I cant even turn it on at all no matter what I do. Anyone have any siggestions on what to do....

I tried and it didnt work for me. Thanks for the suggestion.
