Wifi works weird on ML

Guys, I am running ML on a brand new RMBP. It all looks great except one little things:

Each time I turned on RMBP, ML will take minutes trying to connect to my home rounter and wind up with an "Alert: no connections" warning notice and a "!" on the wifi icon, but once I run the network diagnostic and select the router, ML will connect to it right away and a sign will pop up saying it seems nothing wrong with my internet connection. Is there a solution for this?

I am a newbie of MAC OS, so this probably is nothing unusual, but thank you so much for your help in advance
