U.K.
just seen the film 'Wild Hogs' (biker movie with a load of fat old film stars init)

it has Tim Robbins as a computer geek, and a keen mac user (he gets a rainbow apple tattoo)
there is also an embarrassing moment with a mac powerbook, involving voice commands and farmyard/granny fetish sites.

did apple score a merchandising deal with the production company?

maybe they did not want to let the audience think that macs can not execute correct voice commands. apple could sue them for bad demonstration and harm to macbook pro's.

the movie exept for a few scenes was not good.

I really liked the last scene with teh girls on the rollers.

Can anyone confirm that was Venice beach in CA? i 've never been there.. Man, this is THE place to live for ever !!

Just saw it tonite.

William H. Macy has two of the Best. Lines. Ever.
"I'm a computer programmer. I don't need my legs."

...

"I'm not a cool anything. I'm a computer programmer."
These will be my slogans from now on.

Yes, that's Venice Beach. I live near there.

And yes, that's what Californians look like. It's due to the alfalfra sprout and sushi diets we all have.

I don't think Tim Robbins was in that movie, I believe it's William H Macy. It's been some time since I caught it though.

Sorry to be picky but if you look closly the computer he is using is not a mac at all.....

There is no apple on the back of the monitor, the front looks absolutely nothing like a mac, its also really thick!!!!!

He simply calls it 'mac' and later in the film refers to his love of macs and gets a tattoo of the mac logo.

The computer he uses is not a mac.
