Will 2.5 inch Sata HD fit in SSD slot in new IMAC?

Just wondering if a Laptop hard drive will work in place of the SSD.
I have a 1TB 7200rpm Wester Digital 2.5 inch Drive just wondering if its possible.

If you get the iMac with the SSD option you could swap them out. It's hard to add one without first having the Apple SSD in there.

Yes, it will fit and work like a normal drive.
