I'm wondering if i can sell the memories that came with my 2011mbp, particularly i'm wondering if these only work on macs, i'm almost sure they work on any pc but i don't wanna trick any1 by accident.

The MBP 204 pin DDR3 SODIMMs will work in PC laptops. Most PC desktops use full size 240 pin DDR3 DIMMs.
