Will a 2nd gen touch case fit a iPod touch 3rd gen

I just ordered a new iPod touch (3rd gen) 32gb and I was wondering if I could get a 2nd gen case for it? Will it fit? Or should I wait until I see more cases describing 3rd gen cases for 3rd gen ipod?
