Will Airpods Max have full find my functionality in ios15?

Hello, I understand that the AirPods Pro will have greater find my functionality in ios 15. Including being able to find them when in the case. Will this be the same for the AirPods Max?

as both don’t have a U1 chip will you still be able to find them on a map even when in the case?

Do AirPods Max have wifi capability? I thought you needed that for Find My to work.

Mine already show up in Find My on iOS 14 but not sure about when in the case.

I guess if it's connected to a phone and playing it can use the phone's wifi.

I thought it doesn't require wifi but bluetooth connectivity. Airtags for example don't use wifi but bluetooth, correct? I guess we'll find out more today at the event.
