iPad Will an iPad 9 suit my needs?

I am thinking of buying an iPad to use for YouTube and media consumption, web browsing and maybe creating a presentation once in a while. I am thinking of using it connected to my monitor sometimes. Will it be good enough for me or should I search for something better? Thanks in advance!

For one thing, you’d need a $50 Lightning to HDMI adapter.
