No.

And that's definitive, until perhaps maybe after a firm date is announced and it's a week or so before the release date. But probably not even then.

Only if you buy after a release date is announced. It will cost $19 for the disk and shipping. The announcement is never more than a few weeks before the actual release.
 
that blows... so I will probably never get the back to school deal with Leopard. *sigh* :(
 
Well, FWIW, the student pricing is typically well under $100. $70 or so, IIRC.
If Leopard is priced as Tiger-- then yes. :)
