Being as we are no longer in the EU does that mean the UK will be getting Apple Intelligence with iOS 18?

And that Siri, speaking proper American English, will say ”There are four syllables in the word aluminum. Not five, like those silly Brits think!”
why so much british english hate? we… in england, kinda created english. you freedom unit, wtf is a kilometer, eagle people changed it because it cost per-letter for headlines in newspapers.

regardless - apple AI should eventually come to the EU and UK, albeit with potential changes to data handling and features to comply with our laws.

The announcement on the UK site is proof of this.

Proper UK English would be - first of July, second of July, third of July, Fourth of July. US English is July first, July second, July third, Fourth of July, July fifth. Independence Day is in UK English?? 😀. Sorry, got bored waiting for the beta drop…..

If Apple AI is anything like Microsoft Copilot, it will take six months to be usable in the real world. We only rolled Copilot out to everyone at work last month when we’d seen huge improvements following the initial launch. Waiting a few months is basically just giving Apple time to perfect it.
