Hi everyone.
I am an artist mainly using Procreate and photoshop and while I love my iPad pro I’d love something that rivals the Surface Studio 2 from Microsoft which I’ve only just discovered even though it’s about 4 years old now.
I would prefer a larger screen and I think the only options I have are to buy a powerful computer or MacBook and attach it to a separate drawing tablet instead of having an all in one machine. Do you think Apple will ever release an all in one machine like this specifically catered to designers and artists or is the market too small ?

I will guess that there will never be an "iMac-sized" Mac with a touchscreen.
If there would have been one, they would have marketed it by now.

I looked at that too...underpowered and overpriced was my conclusion. I ended up with M1 Max MacBook Pro with 64GB and an older Wacom Cintiq 27QHD...which I can bump the resolution to 4K when required using app called BetterDisplay... and a 16 Cintiq...as a secondary display. I wanted two that used the same pen... :). As you will see I use my set up for video editing mainly.
