Hello, last October it bought a referb mac mini...it came with a year warranty but the 90 day tech support ran out last week so they will not tell me what is wrong. However, reading around i found that my problem (mini beeps 3 times and the white light flashes 4 times) is the ram is bad. Will apple honor their one year hardware warranty on my bad ram? No one from apple will tell me if it is free or if i will have to pay. Does anyone know? Thanks!
p.s. sorry if this question is in the wrong place

yeah it is the ram that came with it. But one guy on the phone said they will charge me for it. And they would check to see if it was software problems and if it is then they will charge me for that too.

go to a brick and mortar apple retail store's genius bar. if the ram came with your computer, they should replace it for free if it still falls under the 1 year warranty. Apple only charges for phone support after the first 90 days.
