Will apple sell old atv in stores?

Do apple stores generally stock the old models for a bit after released? I want to purchase the old apple tv as live in a flat with no Internet. And from what I can see new apple tv is useless without the Internet. I wondered where would be the best place to buy the old atv for cheap?

As of a few days ago my local Apple store had the old Apple TV (160 GB version) for $149. Also recently saw it on clearance at the online Apple store for that price.

Apple rarely keeps stuff in their stores after a new product is introduced. But in this case the new products aren't shipping (i.e. iPods and Apple TV) so the old stuff is all still in the store.
