will apple store start carrying nMP?

I would expect that when the rush is over like iizmoo says, you'll probably be able to order it from the store and pick it up and pay when it arrives. This seems like a pretty simple solution.
That's an very good plan. But you might want to check with your financial advisor first.
Buy 1 or 2 or 3 Apple Store Gift Cards and then order the Mac Pro config you want paying the balance with your debit card.
Why not just go into a store and order it? Just because it's online doesn't mean they won't take your money in store.....?
Usually, banks willingly accept to increase for a few weeks the upper limit of payment by credit card if you ask them. For instance, my bank recently accepted to double the limit so that I could buy the nMP on the store...
I know someone who saved a bomb buying a rMBP in the London Regents Street store. Bought a 2.2k store gift card for £1450 on ebay which was an unwanted gift(!). Met the seller with cash outside the store, the store verified it was legit and then spent that gift card on it saving £750!
Apple has an 18 months no interest payment plan...
<sigh> Only in the US.
