iPad Will AT&T add new iPads to current promotion?

Currently, if you upgrade to an iPhone 6 using the next plan you will get $200 of an iPad, currently this promotion excludes the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3. Do you guys think they will add it? If yes, when?

Its "an iPad". iPad Air 2 would apply to $200 off promo.
