When Verizon gets iphone in Q3 next year, will At&t start unlocking iphones. Like what happened in UK with O2?

And Verizon is on CDMA. AT&T and all iPhones are GSM.
If you had an unlocked iPhone, there would be to technically possible way to get it working with Verizon.

Yes, but from the recent ads, it seems that AT&T really dislikes Verizon.
One way to get back at Verizon, is to unlock the iPhones so people that wanted to switch, could go to T-Mobile. Then, Verizon wouldn't get THAT business. LOL
Thats what I meant. There is news floating around that Apple is planning an iphone compatible with both CDMA and GSM technologies by Q3 2010. Thats when At&t will loose exclusive rights to iphone.
Verizon and AT&T use two different networks, so even if Verizon gets the iPhone, which I shall talk about in a second, AT&T would be unlocking iPhones to be used on T-Mobile.
Second, Verizon getting the iPhone is still very much a myth and if Verizon's new advertising campaign indicates anything - that's probably not happening.
You started out your question with a very specific, huge assumption, therefore the rest of your post seems rather incredible.
You have to remember, that's all speculation. No one even knows the terms of the alleged exclusivity agreement. I understand this is MacRumors, but we try to keep some sanity on here.
Still doesn't make any sense. Are you saying that AT&T will start selling dual-mode GSM/CDMA iPhones. That is extremely doubtful. And then you would want them to unlock it so that you could use it with Verizon?? Also doesn't make any sense. If you could potentially just buy them from vzw, why wouldn't you.
Then why is Verizon blasting the iphone daily with a series of TV commercials????? Because they want to sell it... 
Yes, I think Verizon wants some of the business. And they have a more developed 3G network.
On top of that, when people start looking more closely at some of the new Droids, Verizon may start to look better. And I'm starting to notice that more and more App developers support several platforms now. Who knows?

AT&T will do it, just about the same time Best Buy sells you a new MacBook running nothing but Windows 7.
I don't see AT&T ever unlocking one that is still under contract. One that has lived past the contract..... who knows. I do see that they could eventually sell you an unlocked phone at full price. But that may be more along the lines of Apple selling one that is unlocked..... after the exclusivity agreement has expired with AT&T.
AT&T will never unlock iPhones, even out-of-contract, unless they are forced to by law. They're just too lucrative.
I'm rather surprised they haven't been forced to unlock the original iPhones after the 2-year contracts were up--given that they were sold unsubsidized, there's hardly any excuse for having not done at least that. Besides, given the rate boost that came with the 3G (an extra $15/month for the same services), I'd think they'd be pleased to get the original ones off their network.

Also, why would they want Original iPhones to leave AT&T.

I will test the unlocking in about 2 years, when I move back to Australia... iPhone 3G S, AT&T customer at that point for about 10 years. Will be an interesting conversation as they are going to lose me anyway.
GSM =/= CDMA which means current iPhones will never work on Verizon. Also the whole Verizon rumor is just that, a rumor since Feb 2008 that has never and will not materialize unitl 2015.
