As long as you have the receipt, it's within the 14 day return period, and you initially bought it there, I don't see why the iPod return policy would be different. Nothing that i have found on their site suggests otherwise.

i just looked it up on best buy's website, and they seem pretty specific as to the products that go under the 14-day return policy (don't see mp3 players in the list).
