Just ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max for delivery next Friday.

That's the good news

The potential issue...

Went through the Upgrade Program with Citizens One.

There was fraudulent use of my credit card months ago that was cleared up, but since it existed, Citizens One needs to call and verify who I am within the next 24 hours.

Anyone else run into a similar situation in the past?

Will my delivery date hold or will it change based upon when Citizens One actually clears my credit approval?

did you put a fraud alert on your credit report? That would be the only reason why CO would need to call you.

Yes. I also had to unfreeze my accounts.

I am certain this will all be cleared up today when Citizens One calls to verify the purchase. I just want to be certain my delivery date is still for next Friday.

Unfreezing accounts isn’t instant. Takes a couple of days.

Call CO right now yourself and let them release the hold.

You’ll be fine my friend.

I called. They told me I will be phoned today.

All I need is to be verified by one of their agents that I placed the order but it has to be done through a special department.

Basically, "don't call us, we'll call you" situation at Citizens One.

So, just wondering if anyone else had this issue before and if the actual delivery date is held on a pending Apple order while this verification happens.

I called Apple, but they were not entirely certain. The rep had to look it up. However, the assumption was that it should be okay.
