I have an original iPhone and it's slowing down a tad. I'd like to run either iCleaner (or, iCleaner Pro) yet don't want to jailbreak this device unless one of these cleaners works on 3.1.3

Is there a member here who owns either app that would check for me?
And, if those are not supported any longer on this iPhone, are there other suggestions to speed things up a bit?

I appreciate it.

(I actually did Google this topic in the high hopes I'd find an answer there but without success. Doesn't mean it's not there- just couldn't locate it.)

Icleaner pro works on iOS 2.0 and above.

There is media on this iPhone that isn't associated with my Apple ID I'd like not to lose.

Good to know about iCleaner Pro (as I did learn iCleaner needs 4.0 or greater to work).
