iPhone Will either iCleaner or iCleaner Pro run on 3.1.3 jailbreak?

I have an original iPhone and it's slowing down a tad. I'd like to run either iCleaner (or, iCleaner Pro) yet don't want to jailbreak this device unless one of these cleaners works on 3.1.3

Is there a member here who owns either app that would check for me?
And, if those are not supported any longer on this iPhone, are there other suggestions to speed things up a bit?

Icleaner pro works on iOS 2.0 and above.

Why not just do a clean restore to 3.1.3 using iTunes - No SHSH required.
DL the IPSW then navigate to the IPSW with iTunes (shift + restore)

There is media on this iPhone that isn't associated with my Apple ID I'd like not to lose.

Good to know about iCleaner Pro (as I did learn iCleaner needs 4.0 or greater to work).
