Will el cap allow trim for user installed ssd

Just wondering if El Cap will enable trim for user installed ssd's or do you have to use a third party app to enable trim

No, use the console app for that. Google is your friend.

No need to use 3rd party app.

TRIM is disabled by default, but you can turn it on in terminal by trimforce command.

Just open Terminal app and run the command below to turn on TRIM for third party drives.No other tool is needed.

sudo trimforce enable
