will 'eve online' run on my 1.6/80?

i'm looking for a mmo/rgp to play. nothing special, just to pass the time.
i was looking at 'eve online'.

does anybody know, if it will run on my macbook air 1.6/80?

It will probably run. I'd avoid busy systems and fleet battles, though, as it doesn't really have a hefty graphics card. You might try the trial period first, and see if it's playable.

You'll almost certainly want an actual mouse, rather than trackpad.

thanks, should have thought of that myself.

downloaded it and went through the character creation stuff. when it comes to selecting appearance, i have some weird errors in my characters graphics (the head). when confirming the looks of my dude (clicking 'next'), the program quits.

tried it three times.
