Will games on my iPad from another ID back up to iCloud?

A friend has a game on his iPad that I downloaded from my Apple ID. If iCloud is signed in using his Apple ID, will it back up game saves from apps using mine?

What if he chooses to backup to his computer instead? Will that backup back up game saves from a game downloaded using my Apple ID?
