You'll have to re-import your mailboxes. They're still right there in ~/Library/Mail. Also, you'll lose any changes you might have made to your private/etc/hosts file. (That doesn't affect a lot of folks, of course, but, if you've modded it, at all, better have a backup). Accounts will be missing in Mail, also. You'll also lose VPN access through any of the major VPN clients. You can set up a VPN tunnel to a known server, with authentication, in the usual Sys Prefs/Network, but you'll not have any extra features that are normal in most decent VPN clients, namely: high end encryption, KILL on disconnect, access to server-specific Port Forwarding, etc. There's more, no doubt. On the bright side, many parts of the OS are running smoother and quicker. [EDIT: Two of my VPN clients work (99%) in Chrome, but not at all when using Firefox or Safari, strange...]
