Will I lose all my awards when I delete the fitness app?

Will I lose all my awards when I delete the fitness app from my iPhone?
My Apple Watch just broke and now I'm wondering if I can delete the app or not. Just wanna make sure that my awards won't get lost in case I'll get another Watch sometime.

Unless the data is linked to iCloud, when an app is deleted, it’s data goes too.

How do I know if the fitness app is linked to iCloud?

Fitness data is supposed to be saved in the health app. There’s a setting on your phone/iCloud to save health data to iCloud. That “should” save it but I don’t know for sure.
